Substack Siren is an 8-week live experience where I teach you how to stop hoarding your best thinking and start turning it into thought leadership that grows your Substack
AND brings clients to your door no daily posting, no algorithm chasing, no performative vulnerability required.
Mini course. Writing community. Your ideas, finally working for you
That IG story you spent two hours on? Gone tomorrow. The reel that went semi-viral? A two-week spike, then silence. The Threads post that actually landed? Buried by next Tuesday.
And meanwhile you have 47 notes app drafts, half-finished thoughts, and opinions that could genuinely change how someone runs their business just sitting there.
The missing piece isn't more content. It's content that has a shelf life.
A Substack post from eight months ago can still be bringing people to your door today. A well-written long-form piece does the work while you're off living your life. That's not just sustainability that's a regenerative ecosystem. Content that compounds instead of expires.
We want businesses that work for us. That means it's time to stop being a one-person production company for platforms that don't even let you write more than 1,700 words.
You've been showing up. Posting, creating, performing for platforms that want you available, reactive, and endlessly producing. And somewhere in between the carousels and the story sequences and the "what should I post today" spiral — you lost the thread of what you actually wanted to say. The problem isn't your consistency. It's that you've been optimizing for platforms that are allergic to depth. You are too sophisticated for the algorithm. Your ideas don't fit in a caption let's create space for your depth.

The 8-week live experience space where you stop hoarding your best thinking in a notes app and start publishing work that builds your audience, attracts clients, and gets you paid — without posting every day or performing for an algorithm that doesn't even know you exist.
Here's what I know from two years on Substack:
This platform works. This year alone I grew over 1,300 subscribers in under a month. I'm getting paid directly through Substack, landing brand deals, booking podcast opportunities, and attracting clients — all from long-form content I wrote once and that keeps working long after I hit publish. And a client I worked with? She brought in $10K in monthly recurring revenue from her Substack.
What you're missing isn't more "you've got this girl" energy. You need to be shown exactly how to use a platform that will actually work for you.
That's what we do here. Over 8 weeks I'll walk you through everything — my growth strategies, how to find and establish your voice, and how to publish your first 8 essays, posts, or videos so you leave with real, finished work and a platform that's already moving. And this isn't just a course you consume alone. Substack Siren is an actual studio space — a writers community where you get real-time feedback, collaborate with other writers, and have the accountability to finish what you start.
Substack is the home base. But if you'd rather build on Beehiiv or launch a blog instead? You can bring that here too. The studio works for you, not the other way around.

A somatic leadership and life mentor for women who are done building success in ways that quietly drain them.
I help you create a life that feels as good as it looks.
Multi–six figure business as your baseline.
Standards so high the right man meets you there.
A body that actually feels safe, alive, and turned on by your life.
I’ve spent the last 9+ years inside the nervous system studying it, living it, and guiding over 700 women through the process of building businesses and lives that don’t cost them their health, relationships, and connection to themselves.
My spaces hold funerals for women’s inner good girls and this is where women get off the forever healing cycle and start living and dare I say it feel a bit horny for life again.
Together, we recalibrate how you lead, sell, and create — so your success is sustainable, your body is on your side, and your life actually feels like something you want to be inside of.
Your business isn’t separate from you.
It’s a body of work. And your body is part of the work.
Two years ago I had a wake up call.
I was showing up. Posting, creating, performing — doing all the things you're supposed to do to build a business online. And I was good at it.
But I was also exhausted in a way that felt embarrassing to admit, because from the outside it looked like it was working.
The truth was I was building on sand. Every piece of content I made had a 24-hour lifespan and then it was gone. And I had to show up the next day and do it again. And the day after that. There was no off switch. No going quiet without consequence. No room to just — think — without the anxiety of disappearing.
So I started Eros and Honey on Substack. Not because I had a strategy. Because I needed a place where my writing could breathe.
What happened next genuinely surprised me.
Pieces I had written months ago started going viral. Not because I was promoting them — because Substack has SEO and long form holds its own in a way that a story or a carousel simply cannot. People were finding my work, reading it in full, and paying for it — without me doing anything except having written it.
I could hermit for a week. Take two weeks off. Not post a single story or make a single carousel — and clients were still coming in. Readers were still finding me. The platform was working while I was living.
That's when I understood the difference between content and an ecosystem.
This year I grew over 1,300 subscribers in under a month. I'm getting paid directly through Substack, landing brand deals, booking podcast opportunities, and attracting clients from essays I wrote months ago. A client I worked with brought in $10K in monthly recurring revenue from her Substack. And none of it required me to be everything, everywhere, all the time.

MODULE 1 - SET THE STUDIO
Get your Substack (or blog or Beehiiv) set up and actually looking like you. We're talking about your about page, your publication name, your sections, your welcome email — the foundation that makes someone land on your page and immediately think "okay, she's the real deal." No more half-built platforms you're embarrassed to send people to.
MODULE 2 - KNOW YOUR ECOSYSTEM
Before you write a single word, we figure out the role Substack plays in your specific business. Is it your top of funnel? Your client conversion machine? Your passive income stream? Your thought leadership archive? All of the above? When you know what it's doing for you, every piece you write has a job — and nothing goes to waste.
MODULE 3 - GROW THE THING
The growth strategies I used to add 1,000+ subscribers in under a month — without running ads, going viral, or posting every day. We cover how to use Substack's built-in features to get discovered, how to collaborate with other writers, and how to bring your existing audience over from wherever they're currently living.
MODULE 4 - USE THE PLATFORM LIKE A PRO
Substack is not just a newsletter. It's a multimedia home base — with notes, podcasts, video, recommendations, and SEO baked in. This module is where you learn to use every feature strategically so your content stretches further and works harder than anything you've ever posted on Instagram.
MODULE 5 - FIND YOUR VOICE, PUT IN THE REPS
This is the real work. We're not talking about finding your "brand voice" in some corporate, sanitized way. We're talking about developing the kind of writing that makes people stop, read every word, and forward it to someone they love. You'll publish inside the studio, get real feedback, and put in the reps until your voice stops feeling like a question and starts feeling like a statement.
